Forum for Growth Mobilizing Event

A major obstacle that prevents rapid business growth is the fragmented functioning of relevant public and private sector organizations that all have a potentially significant role in creating prosperity. Such organizations need to be mobilized as part of an intense, coordinated effort to generate results.

We recommend that our clients launch a Rapid Business Growth Initiative by organizing a regional "Forum for Growth" workshop. Such a workshop can be spearheaded by specific lead agencies such as business, economic development or other local organizations.

Micro Business Growth, Inc. has developed complete one-day or two-day formats to assist its clients in implementing a forum for growth event within a six-month time frame.

The objectives of the Forum for Growth are to:

  • Mobilize organizations and individuals with a stake and/or a responsibility for regional prosperity.
  • Serve as a platform for coordination of resources to achieve efficient and effective prosperity results.
  • Renew and maintain commitment and accountability at personal and organizational levels.

The Rapid Business Growth Initiative is a process that is best anchored by the Forum for Growth Workshop, an event that will serve both to familiarize and coordinate the activities of the participating individuals, agencies, businesses and organizations.
